About the C.E.O.

Moazam Shahbaz brings over 15 years of leadership experience across the Events, IT, Education, and Digital Transformation sectors. Today, he leads Naqeebz Consulting as a national-level execution partner trusted by government institutions, global organizations, and industry leaders for large-scale events, enterprise software solutions, Odoo ERP customization, and high-impact creative productions.

Moazam’s career spans strategic roles across Pakistan’s top institutions. Before founding Naqeebz, he served as Head of Marketing & Communications at Rozee.pk, where he helped scale one of Pakistan’s largest technology platforms. He also served as Group Director of Marketing at the University of South Asia and DIN Media Group, and earlier as Country Head for ICM UK, an international awarding body for business and management qualifications.

During his tenure in the education sector, Moazam played a key role in supporting the Higher Education Commission in the development of the Pakistan Qualifications Framework and facilitated national-level partnerships that strengthened academia–industry linkages. His work also led to the publication of Pakistan’s first large-scale Employers’ Perception Survey on Graduate Employability, widely cited by international institutions.

Under his leadership, Naqeebz has delivered some of the most high-profile national events in Pakistan, including the Digital Foreign Direct Investment (DFDI) Forum, the Regional Transport Ministers Conference (RTMC), international expos, government summits, and large-capacity conferences attended by global delegates, policymakers, and industry leadership.

Moazam also oversaw major national technology projects, including the Insaf Academy e-learning platform, delivering over 7,000 high-quality video lectures and building digital learning systems used across the country. He led the development of multiple enterprise software solutions, university ERPs, content platforms, organizational portals, and digital ecosystems for public and private sector institutions.

He is also the publisher of the Essentials of Modern Marketing (Pakistan Edition) in collaboration with Prof. Philip Kotler, introducing local business case studies to global marketing literature for the first time.

Today, Moazam continues to position Naqeebz as a multi-disciplinary powerhouse, combining event management, enterprise systems, creative storytelling, and national-level execution to deliver impactful outcomes across Pakistan, the Middle East, Europe, and North America.
